Rooms with fan - $35 usd for 1 person, $40 usd for 2 people

LOW SEASON
Rooms with air conditioner - $40 usd per night
Rooms with AC & kitchenette - $45 usd per night
Rooms with fan - $25 usd for 1 person, $30 usd for 2 people

Additional person   $10.00 usd per night

POLICIES

Payments
Full prepayment must be received prior to clients arrival.
Cancellation
Reservations that are cancelled at least 72 hours prior to clients 
arrival will be refunded in full.

For reservations cancelled less than 72 hours before arrival there will be $20.00 USD charge. 

We shall contact you by Phone/Fax or E-mail as soon as possible regarding availability and deposit.
